Therefore we would like to inform you understandably in the course of this data protection declaration which personal data (“data”) we collect, process and use and for which purposes. In addition, we would like to inform you about the rights in connection with the storage and processing of your personal data by us. Of course we treat all your data in accordance with the applicable legal provisions, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), the Austrian Data Protection Act (“DSG”) and the Telecommunications Act (“TKG”).

What is personal data?

Personal data is information about data subjects whose identity has been determined or at least can be determined. This includes, for example, your name, IP address or email address.

What personal data do we collect and what for? 

Contact by means of contact form or e-mail

If you contact us via the contact form on the website or via email, the data you voluntarily provide will be stored by us for processing the enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. In the concrete case it concerns – usually – the following data (whereby individual points do not have to apply to everyone):

  • First and last name, academic degree
  • Residential address
  • Email address
  • Telephone number
  • Further contact data (mobile phone, fax, …)
  • Data on activities with you (telephone calls, appointments, emails, …)
  • Data on products and services requested or purchased

As part of our usual office activities, we also store any email correspondence with you.

Normally these data are sufficient for us to process your real estate enquiry. Should the collection/processing of other data become necessary in individual cases, we will contact you separately.


On our website you have the possibility to subscribe to our newsletter. If you have given your consent by clicking on the “Submit” button in the newsletter registration form or the contact form, we will use the personal data provided in the form to send you information on current and new projects, offers, services and events from Liv Immobilienvermarktung GmbH by email.

You can revoke this consent at any time by contacting us (e.g. by email, activating the unsubscribe link in the email footer, etc.).

For the dispatch of our newsletter we commission contract processors (MailChimp, The Rocket Science Group, LLC | 675 Ponce de Leon Ave NE | Suite 500 | Atlanta, GA 30308 USA). They have undertaken to comply with the applicable data protection regulations. A contract processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded.


What data is collected when you visit our website and why?

If you simply visit our website, i.e. if you do not fill out a contact form or otherwise provide us with information, we only collect the data that your browser transmits to our server. We only collect the data that is technically necessary for us to display our website to you and to ensure the stability and security of our website. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.

All our contract processors process your data only on our behalf and on the basis of our instructions for the provision of the above services.

The company does not intend to transfer the personal data to a third country or to an international organisation.

We may also disclose your personal data to third parties if you have consented to such disclosure.


Insofar as we process personal data in order to safeguard our predominantly legitimate interests within the framework of a weighing of interests, you can object to this processing with effect for the future.
