During the process of the project naming we were not sure, whether we should emphasize the townhouse character of the project or rather the magical garden – the magical garden (in German “Zaubergarten”) finally became the Taubergarten. It is special because not only our project has a wonderful green garden but also the adjoining properties. Therfore you are embedded in trees, bushes and meadows. The view of the green can be enjoyed inside but even better outside on your own terrace, balcony or in your own garden. With six residential units, the project is truely cozy. Actually homely.

“Inside” the 8th and 1st district you are in a jiffy with the tram line 2. In the opposite direction it is not far “outside” into the Vienna Woods. But also the 17th district itself has a lot to offer and many traditional Viennese businesses are located here, such as the Wiener Schneekugelmanufaktur near Lidlpark or the coffee confectionery Hübler, which adjoins Lorenz-Bayer-Park and is only a few steps away from the project. If you encounter a sweet smell while walking in the area, then this could be due to the delicious pies and cakes of the confectionery or because of the Manner production factory and shop. For swimming and architecture enthusiasts, the Jörgerbad is in the immediate vicinity and a varied evening program right across the street offers the Wiener Metropol with musicals, cabarets and concerts.

You will definitely never lack variety and authenticity in this hood. And we haven’t even mentioned Yppenplatz and Brunnenmarkt with their colorful variety of restaurants and stalls, which are also within walking distance.
