The project Apfelbaum shall be a place where everybody feels welcome regardless of age, origin, disability and sexual orientation and where everybody gets the chance to live independently in a community. To enhance diversity, classic single and family flats are planned as well as student aparments but also innovative forms of living are being created including assisted living.
A COMMUNITY LIKE IN A VILLAGE.
The building project offers various community areas which invite people who live and work there to come together. An event room, a movement space, a community kitchen as well as courtyards and rooftop gardens will be part of the campus.
A CENTRE OF URBANITY.
The location in the middle of the 17th district guarantees vivid and inspiring hustle and bustle. The project Apfelbaum contributes to the urbanity of the neighborhood, freshens it and adds creative impulses. The ground floors and the first and second floor of the new building in Ottakringer Straße become available for commercial tenants.
