The Strozzihof is a real gem in the middle of the 8th district. When you enter the historic building, you are first and foremost welcomed by a lot of light and lightness. Both the entrance and the staircase with glass roof, stucco and high-gloss tiles were revitalized true to the original. The inner courtyard, which connects the two components, was lovingly designed by landscape planners. A special feature are the balconies and terraces built in the course of the revitalization – a real rarity in old buildings.

    Der Strozzihof ist ein ganz besonderes Altbaujuwel inmitten der Josefstadt. Betritt man das historische Gebäude wird man in erster Linie von viel Licht und Leichtigkeit in Empfang genommen. Sowohl das Entrée als auch das Stiegenhaus mit Glasdach, Stuck und Hochglanzfliesen wurden orginalgetreu revitalisiert. Der Innenhof, der die beiden Bauteile verbindet, wurde von Landschaftsplaner*innen liebevoll gestaltet. Eine Besonderheit stellen die im Rahmen der Revitalisierung errichteten Balkone und Terrassen dar, mit denen die Altbauwohnungen und -büros ausgestattet sind – eine echte Rarität bei Altbauten und das mitten im Achten.
