When naming the project, we debated for a long time whether to emphasize the townhouse character of the project or rather the enchanting garden – thus, the magic garden became the dove garden. You can enjoy the view of the greenery indoors, but even better outside on your own terrace, balcony, or garden. With six residential units, the project is perfectly manageable. The new construction project with 6 rental apartments was completed in summer 2022. Viewing of the available apartment is possible by appointment. The apartment is rented for a period of 7 years.
