With a careful renovation, we are restoring this building – erected in 1893 in the Geblergasse – to its original splendor. The beautifully structured facade with its numerous ornaments will be preserved, and the entrance hall will be fully restored with stucco and pilasters. Special attention has also been paid to the design of the ground floor zone. To further revitalize the neighborhood, two commercial spaces have been integrated. For one of these spaces, there is also the option to combine it with an apartment in the courtyard wing.
