Built in 1911, the Art Nouveau building on Strozzigasse enchants at first glance with its detailed facade. Stepping inside the historic property, you are greeted above all by an abundance of light and airiness. Both the entrance hall and the staircase—featuring a glass roof, stucco, and high-gloss tiles—have been faithfully restored to their original glory. The inner courtyard connecting the two sections of the building has been lovingly designed by landscape architects and is open to all residents. A standout feature is the addition of balconies and terraces built during the revitalization, which equip the historic apartments and offices—a true rarity for period properties, right in the heart of the 8th district.
